Germinating the seed is pretty straightforward, I think. At least, I didn't do anything special last year.
Soak the seed for a while first (some say for a couple of hours, some a couple of days - I probably settled for a couple of hours), then sow on a normal seed compost (I used a mix of levingtons and John Innes) and cover lightly. Leave for a month or two until leaves appear. Don't expect more than one leaf per seed. Keep moist but not wet until the leaf dies and leave pot to dry naturally. Keep pot dry until new growth appears.
There are some exceptions that don't grow a leaf the first year.
Where have you got the seed from? I've only found it at Chiltern seeds, but haven't looked hard for it.
Caveat: This is only my second year of growing Arisaema. I've been surprised how tough they are!

I'd say its worth trying, but they wouldn't germinate until end of august early September. You'd need to provide warmth and artificial lighting during autumn and early winter (are you already doing this for some of your CPs?)
I think the Chiltern ones are all 'hardy', so will need a dormancy period in the fridge at the end of their growth cycle.
by the way, I made the same mistake, and 'chucked them out last year', but I'm neither tidy nor efficient. They were still around this Spring and a few survived my 'care'. I currently have seven plants now, as I found the second pot in the greenhouse last weekend - and some struggling tubers in the bone dry compost. now being resuscitated.
